RiteCrew started with a simple idea: build crew management software shaped by people who've spent years working in maritime operations.
From the very beginning, we worked closely with vessel operators - learning how they actually work, where things break down, and what compliance really demands in day-to-day operations. Every feature, every release, has been tested and refined against real workflows on real vessels.
Today, RiteCrew supporting operators across 5 flag states. It is built in Estonia by Rite Software OÜ and maintained by a team that remains as close to its users as the day it launched.
