1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the ritecrew.net website and the demo-request form. Use of the RiteCrew SaaS product is governed by a separate agreement between Rite Software OÜ and each customer; nothing on this page replaces that agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

scrape, crawl, or otherwise collect data from the site by automated means without our written permission
attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the site or its underlying infrastructure
submit personal data of other people through the demo-request form without their authorization
use the site in violation of applicable law

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, design, code) is owned by or licensed to Rite Software OÜ and is protected by intellectual-property law. "RiteCrew" and the RiteCrew logo are trademarks of Rite Software OÜ. You receive no license to copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from site content other than to view it for normal evaluation purposes.

5. Demo requests

Submitting a demo request does not create a contract between you and Rite Software OÜ. We may decline or postpone any request at our discretion. We will respond on a best-effort basis, typically within a few business days.

6. Third-party links

The site may contain links to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Links do not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by Estonian law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rite Software OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Estonian consumer or data-protection law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved by the competent courts of Estonia.
